The best potato you can have is  Sweet Potato , you should eat it every day. You can even save some an prepare a mask because it contains so many minerals, vitamins, nutrients, as well as antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids and so much more. It is good for all types of skin including certain conditions such as acne, rosacea and wrinkles.

When you include this vegetable in your diet at least once a day, you will be receiving a great source of vitamins, and nutrients that will help heal the skin and help prevent certain diseases such as cancer, diabetes and inflammation.

Sweet potatoes are packed with powerful nutrients including antioxidants, vitamin A (Beta Carotene), B complex, Vitamin C and E, which helps prevent free radical damage and also helps develop collagen and elastin.

This vegetable is not only delicious to eat it is one of the best sources of nutrients that you should include in your meals every day.   There are many different ways to prepare it so you don’t have to get bored eating them. You can make sweet potato pie, potato fries, mash or bake them.

To prepare a mask all you have to do is boil them with skin l0 to 15 min. Remove skin or you can use the skin as well. To make a mask ( 1 time) use ½ potato, blend it with milk or cream, I use goat’s milk powder which gives it a good texture. Add a few drops of oil; you can use olive, sesame or good organic oil. Do not add to much liquid, so it will have a good consistency, should be like mashed potatoes.
Leave mask on for 5 to 10 minutes and rinse off. Apply a good moisturizer and your skin will feel soft and radiant.
If you eat this veggie at least once a day I believe you will see the difference in your skin and also your body.
